Keeping things classic yet lightweight and comfortably formed, the Fazley Piranha 4 bass guitar features a solid P-style basswood body and the familiar punch of a split-single coil pickup. The choice of basswood doesn't just reduce the load but lays down a full mid-range and enhanced note definition while the solid bolt-on Canadian maple neck adds a touch of bite. 

The neck has been roasted, reducing the moisture content in the wood to increase density and prevent warping, which here, combines with a high-grade Graph Tech TUSQ nut to enhance resonance, and since the neck also boasts the lighter feel of a modern C-profile and a set of twenty-one medium-jumbo frets, the playability is also on point. 

Plugged in, the split-single coil pickup delivers balanced sound that can be tweaked to taste via the fitted tone and volume pots, and so your new four-string can be safely toted to lessons, rehearsals and gigs, it comes pre-wrapped in a form-fitting gig bag.
